nothing bling about their service

Called in yesterday about a signal problem, was told would get an sms to let me know when will be attended to. Called again on Friday afternoon, spoke to two different people who promised me they will get back to me to let me know when will technician be available and an sms will definitely come through. Two working days went by and still no sms and both call center agents never got back to me as promised. For Makro to recommend this service provider, and yet, for them to provide such service, is appalling. I guess they are quick to come and install and go redeem their funds from Multichoice, but not quick of their mark to provide post installation service...... Guess not all that's bling is quality.<br>
