Installers remove cables in roof and refuses to reconnect it

<p>On the 19th of november we had a explora installed,the technitions finished the installation only for me to find that my usb3 cable for my external hard drive has been removed out of the roof area.After trying to contact the tecnitions through the the call centre that I had to phone twise they returned my call and said they would be in contact to schedule a call out. Till today no one has contacted me again to resolve this matter.Poor service.</p>
