Great Customer Service and Very Professional

Yesterday I purchased a gas hob from Makro and just thinking alone I said I'm sure it will be installed by next week. Early this morning I received a call from Blingstallation asking to schedule a date for the installation and I gave them all the details they requested and they told me that I will get an sms for the date and time. 10 minutes later I received a call from Keevash Pillay telling me if I can buy a gas cylinder he will get a technician to come do the installation today. I quickly ran to Builders Warehouse Gezina only to find they don't have gas cylinders. I almost gaveup but Keevash said he will wait for me if I can go to a Makro. I quickly ran to Makro Wonderboom and got the gas cylinder and then Keevash called again and said the technician will be at my place in 30 minutes. Eric Lu**** the technician was at the gate in 20 minutes. Very professional he explained everything and told me the procedure and he was done in less than an hour. I take my hat off for such a team, Keevash Pillay and Eric Lu****. Blingstallation you have great guys in your organisation, I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for gas installation and they will issue you with a COC too. They get a 5 star from me!
