Forgot to close roof tiles now ceiling is damaged

When the installation was finished I thought the installers was the next best thing since sliced toast and signed off because everything looked good.<br> But last night it rained and this morning I woke up to see that my ceiling is now damaged. Upon investigation I saw that the Blinginstaller routed the cable through the roof and never closed the tiles where he worked.<br> Now I bet you that if I phone them they are going to say yes but you signed all 4 forms and I did check the work but who is going to climb onto the roof to check the that the tiles are closed up???<br> <br> I must say except for this problem the service was excellent. Minor mistake but big consequences.
