Fixing a problem
I’m not happy with Blingstallation they charged me for installing my explora that was what we agreed upon and now I have a problem with what they installed as I activated my extra view and yet it’s not working, now I call them and they have the nerve to tell me that they want to CHARGE for something they couldn’t get right in the first place
How is that my PROBLEM if you couldn’t get the work right in the first place????

29 Nov 2017, 10:51The installation for Lesedi Seete was completed on 27 July 2017 successfully for a new DSTV Explora.
We cannot understand why you would place this fabricated complaint on hellopeter when you are in fact aware that you installed your secondary decoder by yourself and the fault you are experiencing is subsequent to you tampering with your installation and self installing a second decoder for extra view.
The problems you have on your installation is no fault of BlingStallation. We honour all our warranties subject to the installation not been tampered with by anyone other than a BlingStallation Technician.
