It is now twice where I have had to replace the faulty LNB (Quad - Humex) in less than two years.<br> I have no confidence in the products used by BlingInstallation and this time, I called in a different service provider for replacement with a more reputable LNB brand!<br> <br> I am disgusted!

Thank you for raising your concerns on hellopeter which allows us the opportunity to address your complaint;
Your installation was completed on 2-07-2013 & included a 1 Year Warranty on all components & workmanship provided by us.
You placed a service call on 09-10-2013 with our call center & we attended to the service call on 12-10-2013. Your LNB was replaced under your 1year warranty without any cost to you.
BlingStallation has successfully completed over 59000 installations in South Africa since our inception in 2009 & we therefore have a proven record of component failure rate below 1% which disproves your allegations that we did not supply you with a reputable product. BlingStallation has had the confidence of providing our customers with a 1 Year Warranty on our LNB's since 2009 whereas other installers only provide a maximum of 6mths on their products.
Furthermore, the 1year Warranty on your installation expired on 1 July 2014 with no other service requests from you. This confirms that we have honored our 1 Year Warranty to you.
It is a pity that you have opted to use another installer as we valued our relationship with you as our customer.
