Expensive installation never worked

Bought 2 HD decoders on 24 Nov 2015 as I needed dual control. Makro (Keith) pushed me into using Blingstallation to install as I would then have a Makro guarantee in case of problems. This cost an additiuonal R589. Leon came 26 Nov to install. Wasted time telling me I had no HDMI (which I knew I did have). Spent time in the ceiling of the main house installing cabling - then later discovered this was not needed as there was a booster in the cottage. By now the first one hour was finished. Spent another hour doing the installation and testing which cost me an additional R450. When the tenant from the cottage tried for the first time to use his control on 29 Nov. it did not work. We tried everything, even using the programme buttons on the decoder, but it wouId not change the programme. Phoned Leon 29 Nov to come and fix the problem. He said it would cost me another R589 unless I could prove it was his \fault". Bad call Makro to align yourselves with an installation company with BAD attitude. I have taken the decoder to MultiChoice but still cannot get it to function independently of the main decoder but I cannot afford another R589. """
