Dear CS Support,

I want to take this opportunity to thank the Staff and Management involved in taking a very bad customer experience and turning it into an opportunity to gain a customer for life! ?

Since my complaint sent on the 9 April, I have received numerous status updates from CS Support, phone calls and updates telephonically from Joanne and an exceptional installation and service delivery on Friday from Jody. Within one week I received the best service I have ever experienced and it is so refreshing, commendable and worth writing about. I felt valued as a customer and I have not felt that way about any service here in SA, in a very long time.

We are very happy with our Amazon Fire TV installation and will definitely recommend this company to others. You provided a one stop solution to a couple who really knew nothing much about the world of streaming.
