Exceptional Service

We purchased a Blingstallation voucher from Makro to install our new Explora. When I called Blingstallation to make an appointment, the call centre agent was very informative, explaining everything to me and even asked if there were additional services I would require (such as wall mounting which I did in fact need). The installers, Byron and Luu arrived on Thursday (20th August) to do the installation. From their arrival they were both courteous and very professional. Byron ran through the installation with me in detail discussing my requirements and advised what we would need and what it would entail. Before they began, he had given me a quote which included the additional services and even advised me of any hiccups they could encounter. Even though the job was bigger than anticipated, Byron and Luu had gone above an beyond and even stayed on later than they were supposed to they ensured they had completed the job so that I would not have to call them out again. Service such as theirs is very rare in this day and I commend them and their company for putting their clients needs first to ensure customer satisfaction. I cannot fault them in any way and are highly recommended.<br>
