excellent customer service

I bought a blingstallation voucher with my DSTV explorer at Makro ,Germiston ,the rep at the store, advised me very clearly as to what my voucher covers, and then called their call centre to book for the installation , the call centre was efficient and friendly.The agent contacted me to advise they are on they way, when they arrived at my residence ,he ,Byron (the installer) categorically explained again what my voucher intitles me too,he inquired as to what i would like them to do and then advised if it ws feasible, and what the cost implication would be.I was impressed with how efficient and professional they were ,and expecially how Byron and his assistant were patient with me and my numerous questions and concerns.I now know more about installing a DSTV explora ,and i appreciated that they went above and beyond ,what was required,they have excellent inter personal skills, and are very skilled at they job.After this experience I would definately call on Blingstallation again and I strongly recommend them, their prices are fair, and i did not walk away feelling short changed or munipulated , in fact , i felt as if i struck a bargain.Thank you Byron from Blingstallation.
