Disgusting service

Shocking experience. They arrived 90 minutes late after 8am was agreed up of which they called us 30min before to say they are coming so I couldn’t go work. There were 3 guys and only one guy did the work while the other 2 watched. A job that could have taken 1 hour because there were 3 guys and there were already connections took 3 hours.

They couldn’t do the wiring on the patio as they never brought conduit and proceeded to say that would be a another call out and charge. The one guy was very short with me and had attitude. My husband then tried to call to resolve this matter as we were charged more than what was quoted and conviently no manager was around but he was able to speak to his operations manager. I asked if I could speak to her and he hung up. They were then informed to undo the entire installation if we did not pay but we were able to speak to any superior regarding this matter.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service or should I say lack thereof. I mean does it really take 3 people to put a small bracket up.

I will be complaining on social media and taking this further and I suggest you all make use of another installer next time as you will be very dissapointed and out of pocket.
