Disappointing

I called in two weeks ago to book for a faulty decoder which I was told that the appointment will be done for the 6th of December. Nobody cared to even call to make a cancellation whatsoever as nobody pitched to my house on that day. I called today which is the 8th of December which I was told they will send someone which they Didn't, I called again for the third time which the agent promised that someone will come today if not they will come on Monday. They don't even call to say we apologise for their inconveniency nothing. They know their offices closes at 5pm and don't open on a Sunday so I won't call back. At 18:40 they send "Thank you for choosing BlingStallation, South Africa?s Trusted Specialist. Your DSTV Installation is scheduled for 12 December 2018 , You will receive another SMS confirming your appointment time. Contact ********** 015 if you would like to amend the booking. Reply via text to confirm or decline appointment." For **** sake they know I won't find anybody but a voicenote and won't ask them any questions. I took time off at work on the 6th for them to come fix but now I need to wait for the 12th yet another inconvenience.
