We purchased an explora from Makro in strubensvalley. They basically forced us to buy Blinginstallations installation voucher as they are the cheapest etc etc etc,... we were told the 1st hour is free and every hour there after is R250. your guys have now taken what could have been a 40 minute installation, and its now clocking almost on 3 hours. they are sitting doing nothing waiting for DSTV to give them a smart card number.<br> how can you do your clients in like this? I am for sure going to take this to the ambudsman. I am beyond angry.
