Bling Installation / Multichoice

I bought an HD decoder from makro and apparently Bling Installation are the installing company. I connected the decoder with the existing dish and waited for Blinginstallation to and and install the new dish and when the installer (jodash) came to connect the dish he advised that he cannot do the installation as i connected the decoder with previous dish that was connected and Multichoice will not pay them. This was not advised to me. I need this sorted out urgently as i took time off work to sort the installation out.
