Bad Service

Bad Service. I bought a fridge at Makro requested for delivery and installation. I got a message that the fridge will be delivered on Wednesday at 10:30, then got another massage to say the fridge will be delivered at 13:30 and the guys showed up after 15:00. They refused to get out of the truck because of the dog and we removed the dog and they off loaded the fridge. The tried the entrance to my launch and they said the door is small and they went to the kitchen door they also said the cannot fit the fridge in. They did not try to fit the fridge in using a side and they told me the are in a hurry to go and pick up other parcel from their company . we phoned their company and I was told to pay R850 for a technician to come and remove the fridge door and I went crazy on the person I was speaking to. The guys left my fridge outside and left. I will never use Blingstallation for anything ever.

next time I buy something from Makro, I will get myself
