Bad service can communicate efficiently with customers

Worst service I have ever received, they schedule dates without confirming with customers. When you call the phone service is not working how can you schedule an installation without confirming with customer weather they will be available or not. Had I known this is the kind of service I would be getting I wouldn't have taken this option up. Bad service
