Bad service at Makro Boksburg

Bed service I would like to report a bad service which I received from Makro store at carnival ( Boksburg) a service provider which is BlingStallation. I had a installation appointment with them yesterday 16 April 2021 @ 14 h 00. Which I waited for for two weeks. Then they called me at 14h40 to say the technician will come @ 15h 30 which did not happen then they called me to say the technician will no longer be able to come that was the last time I heard from them. When I called them on the 17 April @ 12 h00 they only told me that they are coming on the 29 April 2021. Which I am not really happy about
