BAD SERVICE

Booked for blingstallation on 01/12/2015 at 08:10 am. Phoned again by 16:30 pm due to not receiving my sms. they promised us that the installation will be done by Friday but we still did not receive an sms. when we phoned again this morning, they said that the sms will come today but the installation is booked for Friday.. still not receiving an sms, we phoned again at 16:00 just to hear that they are fully booked on Friday and can only help us on Saturday, not even bothering to hear if anybody will be home at that time. very bad service from the call center.
