Bad handling of my installation

I bought DSTV decoders ( small box and two explorers) at Macro. Macro also sold me installation voucher from Blingstallation. I made a booking with Blingstallation which was honoured but installation was not completed. Tried to get Blingstallation to come and complete the installation but Christy and Brendon were not helpful at all.
