The Best service I've ever experienced!!!

I went to Makro Wonderboom to purchase a sound system and was greeted by a pleasant gentleman named Albert. He assisted me in finding the perfect sound system that matches my needs and budget. He then explained to me about the Makro in-house installation service which i was reluctant at first but Albert reassured me of the professional service and exclusive warranty that goes along with it.

Wanting to have my new sound system set up correctly, I agreed to purchase the service.

I received a call from the call center within minutes after paying for the installation. Fatima was very efficient in capturing all my details. The store was very noisy and Fatima could barely hear me but she ensured all my details was captured correctly.

Minutes later after my call with Fatima I received an SMS confirming my installation. All this before I could even leave Makro!!!

The next morning two well dressed gentlemen was at my home. Thabang and Kabelo was extremely professional and patient with me. They took time to ask me about how I would like my installation done and offered me some very valuable advice.

The installation was flawless! All cables was hidden and my home is a mini cinema 😀.
