Lorus watch

I bought a lorus watch from them,within less than 2 months i had a problem with the watch. I took it back,after many phone calls I got the watch back. It recently stopped again,took it back on 18 Sep. I insisted on a replacement or my money back.last week i was told the rep picked up the watch and they are waiting for the catalogue. I called lorus myself and explained everything to them and I was told they will come back.after I called the shop again this morning i had a call from lorus telling me that my watch is not with them yet and if i dont hear from them in 7 days i must call back.I was also told that the watch was not send to them the first time i had a problem with the watch. I also called the shop again this morning and no feedback from them as yet. I am extremely unhappy with thier service
