BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!!

I bought a Boss purse for r459 there 2 weeks ago only to realise the purse is broken. I took it back the next day and the lady said o yes as if she knew it was broken. I wanted to take another item for the same price but the owner said I could not. I must give her a week for a replacement which I did. I gave her 2 weeks. She phoned me today saying she can't find a replacement purse and I can't get a refund. So I'm out of pocket and no refund or replacement. What type of business is this?????
