Bad service

BLINGALICIOUS PROTEA HOOGTE

What a bad experience I had... I purchased a product at blingalicious protea Hoogte whereby on the till slip it shows that you may return the product with your till slip when I got to the shop the shop assistant told me that they need to call the manager... They also advised me that the manager will call me back it's been 2 days and I still haven't received a call from the manager...

Mind you the very same day I was at the shop a white lady come to exchange her top an they didn't bother telling her that they need to call the manager.... They took her product an without hesitating they exchanged it...

What kind of business is that, that allow the one person to exchange there products and not the other this is so unfair... And ******
