Very disgusted with service

The worst store I hav ever visited the staff is lazy and unfriendly. My daughter purchased a few items and waited for me outside the store I then she purchased the wrong item I went back in the store for a refund they refused they gave me the manager no Levine at N1 city I called her and she was supposed to call me back after seeing t the matter it's been 2 days and still no call
