Bling it on more like ***** it on

I ordered a batch of key rings when my mother passed away from this small company 90% of the key rings broke since May however we have kept them in July or August I asked her to make me 10 more as ro support her business. I paid her half the money in July unfortunately I had 2 more deaths in the family and 11 days later I paid her the balance of the money in August. It is now November and she has ignored my messages and my calls. I am so disgusted that she actually has ****** from a mourning family.
