Unhappy, disappointed, disgusted and confused!

I have placed an order a week ago. I've received no messages, no emails nothing. I have contacted them via email, Facebook and telephone. They said they would phone me back but they never did. I have been ordering from bling girl since they were in Alberton but since they've moved, the service is awful.
