TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service I have ever received, I placed an order online they do not respond to your emails,they have a Whatsapp customer service line which they do not respond to your texts too. I called them to enquire about my order they hanged up on me after and send me a text message telling me how rude I am. I am in utter shock by their response.
