Terrible business!

Don't know how this business is still in business. Terrible! They sent me the wrong items and after a long discussion they came to fetch their products after I refused to pay courier fees to correct their mistake. The products have been with them for a week now and they claim they got nothing so I can't get a refund. I'm lodging a complaint at the CPA as well to get my money back. They are useless. This issue has been going on for 6 weeks now because they keep dragging it out!!!
