Bling girl.co.za - Nails shop - Bad service

I experienced bad service from Blingirl.co.za which is a nail/ cosmetics products supplier. I bought items and they did not communicate to me whether the products are being dispatched or not. I asked for a refund and they refused to pay me back. I spoke to Susan/ Nhlamulo and Silan who failed to assist. Initially after paid they said they will deliver by Friday but they did not and only phone me at 16h30 saying that they will deliver Monday but they did not. I contacted on Tuesday requesting a refund and they promised to deliver Wednesday. However I requested the refund and have not refunded me. They promised that their manager will call me but no one called me.
