Poor after sales service

Faulty product and poor after sales service. Harish Prag is the type of person who is always right and accuses the other person of being dishonest. We installed roller blinds and 2 days later we had issues with the blind connector breaking. 3 times the installer returns to replace. Owner does vist and confirms connector and recommends stainless steel chain. We do this and the same evening blind fell off. Now accuses me of ripping it from the wall, my wall not being strong enough for the blind, and me mishandeling the blinds. Prag, will go to great lengths to deny faulty product or to refund. Instead he insults and shifts blame.
