Blinds-Spot IWC - This Company's services are Over-priced & the Staff are Arrogant, Dismissive & without Integrity!

Stay clear of using this company.

They don't have a landline & so you cannot speak to any operator at their office - they are a big company, in spite of this, or perhaps because of this, their service delivery is shocking & they treat their customers like a number, viz without respect or much care.

They have agents operating in different areas who you can only reach via cellular phone - these agents - dealt with one called Manuel - you can rarely get hold of & when you do, they make false promises that they will return your call, or get back to you - if you complain about them not keeping their promises, you are then ignored!

Lastly, besides the arrogance of the agents working for this company - each agent has their own "rates" for a particular area & I've compared rates from other companies & the rates from Blinds-Spot IWC are unreasonably high, in comparison.
