No customer service - re consider using this company

I ordered 5 sets of blinds. * 2x color charcoal. Turns out the color charcoal is brown. Nothing near a charcoal shade. Any shade of charcoal would be fine with me, but not brown! * 3x color natural. In this case the color was right, but the drop of at least one was too short ( the two bottom slats did not drop ).

When contacting the company I had to wait three days only for them to tell me that they are not bothered to fix the mistakes. I would however get 20% of a next order ( why on earth would you order again with a company that has no customer service ).
