Misleading Advertising

The online site states "Our blinds delivery time is the best in the industry." Delivery time for standard orders is stated as 5-10 working days. Don't believe a word of it.

Delivery takes way longer, and there is no communication whatsoever to advise customers of the status of their orders.

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I thought could have been an oversight, but it seems from other comments on Hello Peter that other people have had the same issue.

The fact that Blinds Online is listed as a business that does not respond on Hello Peter also speaks volumes.
