Decoland Blinds - No delivery

I ordered blinds online since their price was the best - But Decoland - Ledainetrading has lost half my order - then re-ordered twice only still to sit without the replacements 2 months later - according to them the problem is the couriers. How can you not manage 2 orders getting lost and the client must just wait - because you have the money already in the bank????
