Blinds company customer dissatisfaction

Using this company is a complete waste of money. They are the most inconsiderate amd unprofessional business I have ever encountered. I noticed early on from the grammar in their emails that I was up for trouble. I measured my blinds and put it correctly as width vs height on their website. Next thing you know, I receieve my blonds, with my blind sizes put up incorrectly. They are blaming me for the incident because i dont have proof when I put up the sizes on the drop on the website. They are in no preasure at all to assist me with their mistake, and are saying it was my mistake. Even though they could clearly see that their sizes were off, they didnt bother confirming. I completely advise against using this company. Unbelievable.
