Poor poor service

Initially the service from Gerhard was good when we used them in 2021. However, in 2023 it was not the same experience. We got bad advice to install a block out blind right by the hob - you cannot remove any dirt from blockout blinds. In another room where we also had blockout blinds installed, the pulling mechanism broke. Despite the fact that they say their products come with a 2 year; my request to have the blind repaired was simply ignored. At the beginning of the year, the brackets and bolts on one of the outside blinds started to pull away from the wall. Despite saying they would book a team, and several follow ups from my side, they never showed !
