BLINDER BOUTIQUE LUXAFLEX NIGHTMARE

During June 2021 Blinder Boutique managed by Annerine Beyers installed 4 Luxaflex blinds in my home to the value of R21000. The blinds was installed in October 2021 but the wrong colour was installled and had to wait another 4 weeks for the correct colour. In June 2024 the blinds started fraying on both sides and even on top of the roll. Luxaflex has a 3 year warranty on material and 5 years on parts. Since there was still 3 months left on the warranty I approached Mrs Beyers regarding the matter. Many false promises later of repairing/ replacement, NOTHING happened. I had to approach an attorney in the meantime to assist me since my messages and phone calls are being ignored since November of 2024. 7 Months later and not a single promise was fulfilled. Do not trust this business. You will pay more than you need to even to begin with and aftersales service is totally non existent. Just lies ane false promises. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed.
