I am sick and tired of Sharon and Johns empty promises !! I paid BLIND RAGE of NORTHMEAD, BENONI three months ago for automated blinds. It took two months to fit ( after much begging) and I have still not got the automation. On the day of installation John phoned me to say there was a slight problem -- the motors had only that morning been dispatched by Courier. He said they should still make it for fitment that day. Three weeks later I'm still waiting. Three mails to Sharon went unanswered. John rep**** this week saying he would get back to me "tomorrow". I still wait. Deal with this Company at your own peril and, if you do, pay the minimum deposit. Rather hang blankets over your windows than deal with this bunch of con artists.
