Blind rage .. will leave you in a bankrupt rage!!!!

After waiting 2 months for the delivery of our blinds after paying a R20 000 deposit no blinds have arrived. The owner Dwayne promised us a refund. After false promises for a week he told us the refund had been made on Monday. It is Saturday and no money received. He even gave us what I presume is a **** proof of payment.
