Bad floor preparation

A building contractor which Blind Guys use (Gert), Not sure about his surname came to my house to level out the floor after Blind Guys took out the wooden floors for the third time. They struggle to get the floor level so they called Gert in to give a helping hand. He quoted us R4500 to level out the floors. When he said he was done I myself showed him a view faults and he fixed it but when Blind Guys installed the wooden floors again it was even worse than before.So Blind Guys gave me back my money I paid to them for the wooden floors because we decided to rather put tiles. We got out another contractor to do the tiling when we found that the cement Gert used was cracking and lifting and wasn't level at all. The cement wasn't mixed properly and it was more sand than cement. So they had to take everything out. The whole R4500 I paid to Gert is now lying on my side walk. And I have to pay the new contractor another R5000 to fix Gert's attempt. Due to his incompetence we want our money back from him to pay the new builder that is now leveling our floor. I would not recommend Gert to anyone besides the fact that he does not know his job he is always late for his appointments.
