Sabotage of machines

I would to express my grivence with Blind ant. I recently took in a console to be repaired and when I received the console, it was returned to me in a worse off condition. Previously I could insert my disk and now I am unable to. They deliberately sabotage machines so that unsuspecting clients pay for further damage which they partly cause.
