Horrible Customer service non existent

I am very disappointed by the managers (Chantal and Danie Greef) at BLG Logistics situated at the back of Isuzu Vehicle Distribution Centre in PE.My husband and I went to collect a vehicle that we bought through Isuzu.At our arrival we were welcomed by a very rude Chantal Greef who asked us what was our problem as we entered their offices ,to our surprise we told her that we had an appointment with Anton Debruin who knew why we were there on that day the (06.04.2018).This lady seem very unhappy with our response.As we were busy with Anton trying to hand over the keys to us and showing us where our vehicle was located in the yard,my husband and I were standing by the door .Chantal was in a Mint green Chev Spark outside their offices with Danie Greef. By this time weare concerntrating to get directions from Anton as to where our vehicle is located. Chantal jumps out of a car asking my husband "Do you have a problem sir" in a manner which was unacceptable.She sounded like a person who was ready for a fight,her demeanor was that of a person who was about to fight.My husband and I told her that she needs to tone down her attitude and be nice to customers and also she needs to be in a good behavior as she is the face of the organisation we are customers after all they get paid to render a good service.As were trying to tell her what she doing is wrong Danie Greef turns to us and said "These are ****en mad people" There was no customer service at all .Their behaviour is not acceptable at all it was disgusting.
