Owner refuse to pay back my R1000 deposit/registration fee after she gave me 24h to cancel our contract; after she increased the fees with R300 per month to R1800 per month for the 2nd quater and again said she will increase it again with R300 per quater ... I refered her to our fee agreed upon for 2018 as per email and contract and she gave me 24h notice but KEPT MY R1000 registration fee. Only refund me the fee for April and deducted 1 half day my child went there. She blocked me on whatsup and not respond to any emails.
