VERY POOR SERVICES!!!!

On their site it says delivery in 3-5 working days. I ordered over a week ago and the status of my order is still on "Processing". I've tried to email, phone and WhatsApp the numbers provided to NO AVAIL. Its very sad when you try to support local businesses but the service they provide is so weak.
