Money wasted on a terrible product

I received my order only to find that the foundation is very grainy. I sent photos to Callen and was told to use less and blend in with beauty blender. When I pointed out that the product is grainy as per the photo I sent, I have received no response. She was happy to take my money, but ignores you when there is a problem. Lessen learnt, I threw my money in the bin. Won't buy from her again and definately won't recommend her. Service is non-existent.
