happy to take your money but never delivers the products

Ordered and paid for products on Tuesday 24 December 2024. On 31 January 2025 I received a whatsapp message from a lady named Tamryn that read as follows: "Hi Apologies for the Delay in your order, our website had marked all orders as delivered. 🙈 You will be sure to receive your order by early next week." On 11 February I received the following message on whatsapp: "Good day.

U speaking to Nicole.

I am helping Callen to get all her orders out ..so the whole system was hacked and parcels are delayed with 7/14 days . We have 2 option avail if u want you're parcel today u are more than welcome to send you're own courier to come and collect we will replace the courier cost with any item from blended cosmetics. The other option is to wait for 7/14 days ..

I give up. I hope they do too - give it up Blend Cosmetics! this is ******** to say the least
