Extremely Poor service, **** alert and poor communicating

I ordered two products from *Blend cosmetics* in January 2025 and their waiting time for delivery is normally 8-14 work days but i have not received anything as yet, its been more that 30 days already, some of them don't even respond and the others are full of excuses.
