Extremely bad service and non delivery

I have placed an online order on 26June, after many follow ups, I received an email stating the parcel has been shipped, but the tracking number does not even exist and no feedback from supplier, and nothing received - 14 working days after order has been placed, still nothing even though their website states delivery between 3-5 working days.
