Disappointed in Blend Cosmetics SA

I placed an order on 29.11.2024 and my order was received 03.12.2024. I decided on 14.01.2024 to place another order as I received my first order . To date 29.01.2025 I have not received my 2nd order. After sending several follow up messages I am not getting any joy from Blend Cosmetics to explain where my order is. The timeline on the website is not a true reflection of when your order will be received.

I am totally disappointed in this brand now. I think this serves as a big warning to other ladies, stay away from Blend Cosmetics SA.
