Disappointed

I placed a order in December, after contacting them via email numerous times, i got an update on my order, after been given excuse after excuse, i requested a refund from them as i had an unexpected medical bill, and reading all the negative feedback on the company, i was told the refund will only be done next week, they were quick enough to take my payment. No further communication from them and no refund received. Terrible service.
